  • Project not delivered within the promised timeframe (and no communication from our side)
  • Complete mismatch with the confirmed project scope

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If project development has already begun or is delivered
  • If the client is unresponsive after initial confirmation
  • Change of mind or personal reasons after payment

3. Requesting a Refund

You must contact us within 3 days of the issue. Email us at [your email] or WhatsApp at [your number] with:

  • Project name
  • Reason for refund
  • Payment reference

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Eligible

  • • Late delivery without communication
  • • Project scope mismatch
  • • Service not as promised

Non-Refundable

  • • Work already started/delivered
  • • Client unresponsive
  • • Change of mind after payment
